Bryan began working in the construction industry at the young age of 15.  He was hired as a construction apprentice for a custom spec home builder in Texas, where the crew did everything but pour the actual foundation!  Bryan learned plumbing, framing and electrical; but do to his youth and ability to tolerate the Texas heat, he was the roofer.  Never afraid of hard work, Bryan mastered the trade quickly.

After serving in the US Navy as a SEAL, Bryan relocated his family to Aurora and soon witnessed the low quality of residential roofing contractor companies in the area.  Knowing he could do better, and still not afraid of hard work! Bryan organized his small business and began raising the bar for companies on what it means to serve!

Every hard worker needs support and someone to help with the paperwork!  Holly keeps the companies bills paid and keeps Bryan on task. Holly handles the companies Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. After more than 20 years of marriage, Holly and Bryan have learned to capitalize on one another’s strengths!

Coltyn has a background similar to Bryan – hard working and highly capable!  Coltyn makes sure our crews have all the tools, materials, and knowledge needed to complete each job perfectly and on time.  When questions arise, Coltyn has the answers!

The residential roofing industry is supplied by laborers in much the same way as other trades:  painting, carpet installation, and ANY residential service you buy from a big-box store – it’s all sub-contracted to independent contractors!  You hire XYZ company because their sales guy was so “smooth and honest,” only to have strangers show up to do the work and Mr. Smooth is nowhere to be found!  Have you ever wondered by your neighbor who used XYZ company had such great things to say, but their roofing work at your place was awful??  These roofing companies play “musical crews” with their clients, with no oversight, and this is why there is so much variation in the quality of their work.

Pinnacle Services has a different approach, and it gives us excellent roofing consistency, roof after roof – and for a small business that only grows through referrals, you can see why this is so important to us!  Unlike other roofing companies, we don’t hire strangers.  We have worked with the same installers since 2005!  This is completely unheard of in our industry.  Many residential companies cheat, abuse, or just don’t pay their installers; so the installers are constantly looking for better companies – but not our companies crew, they’ve found the best company to work for and have no desire to leave us!  Part of the reason for their loyalty is mutual respect.  Bryan and Coltyn work with the guys on every job, both making sure things are done perfectly, but also ensuring the guys have any support they need to be successful.  And in the end, we pay them, and well!  They are the best installer in the market and help us to exceed YOUR expectations!
